A taste that outlasts winter
The fresh cherry season lasts a little over a month. La Cherry was born from a simple question – what to do with fruit that is perfect at exactly that moment, when we want it outside the season too. The answer wasn’t to stop time, but to turn it into something that gets better with the years.
La Cherry is the premium line of the CRO Cherry plantation. In our own processing facility, the best varieties from the orchard become cherry vinegar, liqueur and jam – made to traditional recipes, with a designation of geographical origin and the Izvorno hrvatsko mark.
Nothing is bought in. Everything comes from the same 40 hectares near Nin, from the same trees we pick our fresh cherries from.
