The story of the Kardum Winery began on a cherry plantation in the heart of the Dalmatian hinterland. A connection with the land and farming grew into a passion for wine. Over the years that passion became serious production, focused on wines of distinctive character and consistent quality.
Today the Kardum Winery produces around 10,000 bottles a year, from fresh, elegant whites to more expressive reds and carefully crafted blends. We focus on the quality of the grapes, the character of each variety and care at every step of winemaking.
The quality of our wines is confirmed by medals and awards won at wine competitions in recent years. They recognise the work done so far and motivate us to take each new vintage a step further.

Extra virgin
olive oil
From windbreak to bottle – another product of our plantation.
Around 800 olive trees were planted primarily as a natural windbreak, to protect the cherry orchard from the strong gusts of the bura wind.
Since all the trees are of the same variety, we use their fruit for a single-variety extra virgin olive oil – a premium product from the same land where our cherries grow.
