The very best of the cherry in our premium product line
It all begins
on our plantation
On the Cro Cherry plantation, around 26,000 trees ripen 20 cherry varieties every season.
For years we sent fresh cherries straight from the branch to our customers, and the wish to keep their taste beyond the season gave rise to the La CHERRY premium line of cherry products.
We set aside the best fruit of every harvest for it. Vinegar is just one of them – alongside it we make liqueurs, jams, juices, dried and candied cherries and teas, and the same plantation also gives wine, olive oil and natural cosmetics.
From cherry
to fruit vinegar
Cherry vinegar is made by natural fermentation, in which the fruit gradually develops its characteristic acidity and aroma; for the balsamic vinegar we build on that profile with a richer, rounder flavour.
The combination of the plantation's fruit-growing tradition, technological know-how and modern gastronomy sets it apart from ordinary vinegars – in a home kitchen just as on a restaurant plate.
A taste that remembers the cherry
Our vinegar carries the taste of Dalmatian cherries ripened by the sun and the bura wind, with an acidity that complements the aroma rather than overpowering it. It is just as at home in your kitchen, from an everyday lunch to a special dinner.

Questions and
answers
What is the difference between cherry vinegar and cherry balsamic vinegar?
The classic vinegar is fresh with a pronounced acidity and is used while cooking. The balsamic vinegar has a fuller, rounder and lightly sweet taste and is usually added at the end, as a finishing touch.
How do I use cherry vinegar?
Like any good vinegar: in salad dressings, marinades and sauces, and with poultry. Just a few drops give a dish freshness and the fruity note of cherry.
What should I serve cherry balsamic vinegar with?
Add a few drops at the end – with cheese, meat, fresh fruit and desserts.
How is cherry vinegar made?
By natural fermentation of cherries from our plantation, in which the fruit gradually develops its characteristic acidity and aroma. The balsamic vinegar builds on that profile with a richer, rounder flavour.
Can I buy both vinegars together?
Yes – both vinegars come together in our gift box, and you can also buy them separately.
Where can I taste cherry vinegar?
In the showroom on the plantation in Ninski Stanovi, during opening hours. We hold tasting tours all year round, by prior arrangement.
